Amna Health Clinic Delivers Vital Medical Services in Kunar Province

From September 1 to 14, 2025, Amna Health Clinic successfully provided essential healthcare services to vulnerable residents in the Lowa  camp and the Returnee camp in Khas Kunar District, Afghanistan. During this impactful two-week period, a total of 802 individuals410 women and 392 men—received medical care from a dedicated team of four doctors, two midwives, and one pharmacist.

Responding to urgent health needs

Following the suspension of USAID funding for local clinics, the health situation in Kunar Province has deteriorated. Amna Health Clinic stepped in with full commitment to fill this critical gap. The mobile medical team continues to serve returnee camps and affected villages, ensuring access to healthcare for those in need.
